Roberta (Bobbi) Lepi, has been a licensed Realtor for over 40 years, and throughout that time, she and her husband, Jim Lepi, have done a variety of commercial real estate projects.
From buying and building two commercial retail centers, to developing a condominium project from scratch along with building and selling and managing that condo association to this day, to selling the corporate office of The Longaberger Company which is shaped like a large market basket, they have just about done as much development of various types over the years as anyone in the area. Other recent projects include, leasing approximately 30,000 sq ft of retail space to Ollie's Bargain Barn and also leasing and coordinating leasehold improvements for medical space. Dylan Parry has been active in the Central Ohio and Southeastern Ohio market for close to 5 years.
In recent years transactions, Dylan has focused on representing office owners in the buying, selling, and leasing of their properties, and also occasionally representing office tenants in their leasing endeavors.
When not with his family and friends or working, Dylan enjoys helping in the community, He currently sits on the board of directors for the Carr Center as well as the Zanesville Downtown Association. He has previously served on the board of directors for the Zanesville Daybreak Rotary Club and looks forward to serving as club president in 2021
Dylan is a 2010 graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School and a 2015 graduate from THE Ohio State University.

As Bobbi's point person for all closings, my attention is on the details. Whether you are buying or selling, it is my job to ensure that the closing process goes smoothly. It is my responsibility to assist the buyer in completing their due diligence period…we are your resource for your questions and will help you find the answers you need. As the Seller, we will see that contract deadline dates are adhered to and keep you informed of the process.
I will ensure that there are no surprises and you will be fully informed of all the terms in the contract. I really love this part of the process, as I am the final person responsible for bringing your dreams into reality.
I work as the research assistant to our Broker, Roberta (Bobbi) Lepi and hand-in-hand with the listing and purchasing process, from commercial research to assisting our clients with finding the perfect property. Understanding a client's needs is the key to commercial real estate. I have experience in commercial development, investment analysis of multi-family properties, commercial leases and also specialize in the Muskingum County area.
Kathy Casner began in real estate in 1980 as a salesperson and obtained her broker's license 6 years later. She managed Findeiss Realty Co. for 33 years until the retirement of Mrs. Findeiss. Kathy has worked through a number of classes and has earned several real estate designations.
Jim is our in-house professional photography/videographer and has been a photographer since 1981 and exclusively with Lepi & Associates since 2007. In 2015 he became a licensed Realtor® and in 2018 he added being a federally licensed drone pilot to his qualifications. Jim has been a resident of the area for nearly his entire life and currently resides in Licking Township with his wife of 23 years and his daughter who attends Tri Valley High School and has a son who is attending Miami University.
Based out of our Dresden office, Andy Ankrum is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of over 250 rental units managed by Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services. Andy’s professional experience has equipped him with a vast knowledge of customer service skills, marketing, and real estate services. Andy has a deep knowledge of contracts, property accounting, and excellent communication skills which is important in keeping tenant relations strong.
Sammie Moyer is a lifelong resident of Zanesville and a graduate of Philo High School. She received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Ohio University. Sammie joined the Lepi & Associates team in 2015 as an assistant to our accountant, Shellie Nath. She is an assistant to our property management team. Sammie is also active in our community, including being a member of the Muskingum County Community Foundation.
