Melissa Riley

"Hi, I'm Melissa. I work as the research assistant to our Broker, Roberta (Bobbi) Lepi. I work hand-in-hand with the listing process, from researching pricing, to preliminary title work and researching oil & gas rights. To develop a true understanding of the market, you must be fully aware of everything that is happening, from new listings, to solds, and even comparables that have sold FSBO. It is my job to thoroughly research your home, but also help determine the probable sale and listing price. I work to keep sellers informed of the current market conditions, the status of their home, and work directly with Bobbi to provide current, up-to-date comparables during the listing process so that each and every seller is well aware of where their property is sitting at on the market and give suggestions/recommendations for any necessary adjustments. Communication is the key to building and keeping relationships and I am an excellent point person to talk to when deciding if you would like to sell your home and what to expect when you list with Lepi & Associates"
