Connie is a 1997 graduate of Hondros College. She graduated from Zanesville High School & Muskingum Joint vocational school in 1970 where she studied business.

She and her husband of 50 years have been a lifelong resident of Muskingum County.. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Her family is very important to her.
